Food And Drink For Relaxation
Relaxation is one of the core of doing Astral Projection (AP). If the mind as well as your soul is not relaxed, I sure you will find it difficult to reach the AP name. If the analogy, the relaxation of body and mind is a bridge only to connect between consciousness (real) with the subconscious (astral). Thus the importance of relaxation took the role so we need to know some of the ways to achieve it. In addition to the techniques and regular exercise, there are other factors that the techniques that we do can be run with the maximum. These factors are food and beverages. Food and drink right, can stimulate and help us in achieving a very deep relaxation, which in turn could lead to the ultimate goal that we expect that is doing the AP.
Some foods and drinks can be helpful for the relaxation such as:
